Website Tabs Issues

I currently still cannot open a website without first creating or opening a document? Is there a way you could create a button to open the web browser on the projects tab/tray. In addition to that, the projects tab/tray doesn't expand correctly to reveal the full title of items, and it also strangely duplicates websites that have only been opened once. - Sapphire
